In consideration of being permitted to attend the AAA Annual Conference & Trade Show:
I acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID, even for persons who are vaccinated against COVID; there may be others in attendance who are not vaccinated against COVID; COVID can cause serious illness with lingering effects, and even death; and no amount or extent of precautions can guarantee against contracting COVID.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk of injury, harm, and loss, and even death, associated with attendance at the AAA Annual Conference & Trade Show, including exposure to COVID and contracting COVID.
I RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST AAA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), IN LAW AND IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION ATTENDANCE AT THE AAA ANNUAL CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW, INCLUDING DUE TO COVID.
