Scott Arthur

Scott has more than 25 years of leadership experience; and currently is in his 19th year in emergency services. Scott earned undergraduate degrees in Homeland Security and Business & Government. He has an MBA with a concentration in Leadership. Scott has taught Business Management and Organizational Leadership at the collegiate level and has worked in Urban, Suburban and Rural EMS systems both as a provider & leader. He holds paramedic certificates and licenses in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Florida, where he is also nationally registered. Scott currently lives and operates an ambulance service in Jacksonville, Florida.
