Important Registration Guidelines

Registration prices are per person.

Spouse/Guest registrations are intended for guests of registered full conference attendees. Guest registration includes access to keynotes, the Trade Show, and the AMBY Awards (President’s Reception) only.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing at hello@ambulance.org by April 1, 2025 will be refunded less a 25% penalty. Cancellations received April 2 to May 15, 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Attendee substitution requests within the same member organization will be honored at the Registration desk onsite at the conference.
