Important Registration Guidelines
Registration prices are per person.
Spouse/Guest registrations are intended for guests of registered full conference attendees. Guest registration includes access to keynotes, the Trade Show, and the AMBY Awards (President’s Reception) only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing at hello@ambulance.org by February 1, 2026 will be refunded less a 25% penalty. Cancellations received February 2 to April 15, 2026 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Attendee substitution requests within the same member organization will be honored at the Registration desk onsite at the conference.
