Rachel B. Harracksingh is President of Life Ambulance Service, Inc. in El Paso, Texas. Rachel has an MBA and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Rachel served as past Region 4 Director for the American Ambulance Association and has served as past President of the Texas Ambulance Association. Additionally, she has served as the Legislative and Reimbursement Chair for TAA. Rachel is the recipient of the Texas Ambulance Association’s prestigious Joe Brown Humanitarian Award, Outstanding Volunteer Award Association and the Walter Schafer Award from The American Ambulance Association.
