Certificate of Liability Insurance Requirements

All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance totaling $1 million for the duration of the American Ambulance Association Annual Conference & Tradeshow. A certificate of insurance meeting the requirements below must be emailed to info@ambulance.org.

All shipping and furniture rentals will need to go through Freeman directly. Please visit the Freeman Online Kit below for more information on advanced shipping, etc.

Please note all vehicle exhibitors are required to have non sticky floor coverings under all trucks. Visqueen can be purchased from Freeman directly or you may use your own non – adhesive covering.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF

Each booth registration includes two free conference registrations. If you have not yet registered your booth staff, or would like to add additional registrants, please follow the registration link below. Additional booth staff registrations can also be purchased for $300.00.

Please ensure your exhibit booth, membership and / or sponsorship as well as all conference registrations. have been paid in full prior to the event. To check the status of your payment, please email Kayla McKeever at kmckeever@ambulance.org
