Shannon is a nationally registered paramedic and a certified flight paramedic with 25 years of experience. He has served in a number of management, leadership, and executive roles and now brings that experience to his current role as an EMS and mobile healthcare consultant with PWW|AG

He has a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in strategic management, both from Indiana Wesleyan University. Post-graduate certificates in LEAN management from Villanova University and a doctorate degree in business with an emphasis in organizational behavior from the University of Saint Mary’s Minnesota.
