Governors Chamber D

This full-day leadership workshop is for EMSNext participants only.

The EMSNext Leadership Program is an exclusive opportunity designed specifically for AAA EMSNext Participants who are ready to take their careers to the next level. This comprehensive program is meticulously tailored to provide participants with a deep dive into their existing skill sets, with a keen focus on identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth.

An integral part of the EMSNext Leadership Program is its emphasis on understanding the broader EMS landscape at a national level. This broader perspective is crucial for today’s EMS leaders, who must navigate complex systems and anticipate future challenges and opportunities within the industry. Thus, throughout the duration of the program, participants will engage in a curated project that envisions the future of EMS. The project is not only designed to challenge and expand their competencies but also to foster collaboration and camaraderie among peers. This unique aspect of the program ensures that participants not only grow individually but also contribute to and benefit from the collective growth of their cohort.

Participants will work collaboratively to identify existing gaps within the EMS ecosystem. This exercise is not just about problem identification; it’s about taking the next step to conceptualize and design innovative solutions that address these gaps, ensuring a resilient and robust future for EMS. Each team of participants will be able to shape their contribution, including their time commitment.

By the end of the EMSNext Leadership Program, participants will not only have enhanced their own skill sets but will also have made significant contributions to shaping the future of EMS. They will emerge as more confident leaders, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and network necessary to drive positive change within their organizations and the wider EMS community.
