“Got What It Takes?” is a statewide workforce initiative designed to address Michigan’s EMS staffing shortage by attracting, recruiting, and placing new students into EMS education programs. Supported by grant funding, the campaign combines targeted outreach with a dedicated recruiter who guides prospective students from initial inquiry through program enrollment. By covering both direct recruitment activities and essential administrative expenses, the initiative creates a sustainable, efficient pipeline to strengthen the EMS workforce across Michigan.

Angela Madden is an experienced nonprofit leader, communicator, and advocate with a strong focus on emergency medical services and community engagement.
