Following on from their blockbuster session at AAA 2023, Rob Lawrence, Director of Strategic Implementation at Pro EMS and Acadian Ambulance President Justin Back will further develop the discussion of the art of leadership. In EMS, we often see the Peter Principal in action—we promote people to their level of incompetence by awarding them bars without the training and education. Rob and Justin will lay out the road map of leadership competencies to turn a great employee into an excellent junior leader and manager.
