Entrepreneurial Leadership from Stock Boy to Innovator
Todd Stout is a second-generation EMS leader, brought up in the ambulance world, his journey took him from Stock Boy through Paramedic to business owner and innovator. On that journey, Todd has had to lead a growing team, taking business, financial, and human factor decisions as well as focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and reputation management. As Todd enters his sixth decade, he is also majoring in succession planning, business continuity and a pathway for his team to carry on the great work with the great products they have collectively generated.
