Marisa Burmaster is the National Director of Quality Assurance for the Global Medical Response Safety Team. Marisa is a Registered Nurse, holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master of Business Administration and a Black Belt in Six Sigma. Since 2015 Marisa has served as a facilitator of large- and small-scale quality improvement initiatives. She is an expert in change management, process improvement and system design. Her passions are helping people bring their visions to life and supporting initiatives that improve quality, safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Marisa is also the Co-Founder of Greater Good Ambassadors, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help people and organizations work more effectively together. Her work focuses on facilitating collaboratives where churches and other faith-based organizations come together to achieve a collective goal.
She is married, has two daughters and a son, loves to play golf, and serves on the advisory board at Heart City Church in Dublin, OH.
