Rick has worked in the EMS system in Maine for 42 years as a Paramedic, Firefighter, Educator, and Administrator. He is currently employed as the Chief Operations Officer for North East Mobile Health and the Program Director for the Jackman Physician Extender Program. Previously, Rick was employed as the Executive Director of Atlantic Partners EMS, the Regional EMS Administrative office serving the EMS agencies and hospitals in four of Maine’s six EMS regions. He is currently the Chair of the Maine Trauma Advisory Committee and the Maine Interfacility Transport Committee and is a site reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services.
