Scott Helle is a Rural EMS Project Manager in the Kentucky Office of Rural Health, where he focuses on maintaining and fostering relationships with Kentucky’s rural EMS services. He is a Certified Ambulance Coder, a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer and has maintained being a Certified Kentucky EMT. He has more than 30 years’ experience working in the pre-hospital EMS field in rural Kentucky communities. He is also heavily involved within Mobile Integrated Healthcare and Community Paramedicine (MIH/CP) EMS Workforce Development and EMS Leadership Development for Kentucky.
