Certificate of Liability Insurance Requirements
∗All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance totaling $1 million for the duration of the AAA Annual Conference & Tradeshow. A certificate of insurance meeting the requirements below must be emailed to info@ambulance.org∗
MGM GRAND CONTRACTOR & VENDOR PRODUCTION POLICIES
All exhibitors are required to complete and submit the MGM Grand Conference Contractor & Vendor Production Policies form. Please email the completed form prior to the show to: MGMcontractor.vendoracknowledgment@lv.mgmgrand.com
ALL VEHICLES:
- Gas cap taped closed – less than a ¼ tank full
- Battery disabled
- a minimum 42-inch wide access aisle or clear space maintained around all sides of the vehicle at all times
- At the load-in area, there is a grade. Vehicles will be pushed in to the Grand Ballroom upon arrival and pushed out at load-out.
- FLOOR COVERING REQUIREMENTS:
Please note all vehicle exhibitors are required to have non sticky floor coverings under all trucks. Visqueen can be purchased from Freeman directly.
🚑PRE SHOW VEHICLE WASH INFO
There is not an on site vehicle wash available. Please see a list of nearby options below. If you wish to have your vehicle washed and or detailed, We recommend contacting the wash directly for availability, information and pricing prior to your arrival.

- Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning March 20, 2026 at the warehouse shipping address. Material arriving after April 14, 2026 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
- Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or un-skidded machinery), cash on delivery (COD) shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 4,500 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108″H x 93″W x 144″L.
