Certificate of Liability Insurance Requirements

All exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance totaling $1 million for the duration of the American Ambulance Association Annual Conference & Tradeshow. A certificate of insurance meeting the requirements below must be emailed to info@ambulance.org ASAP.

There is currently construction behind the Central Bank Center that affects traffic flow and which roads can be used to access our Exhibit Hall loading docks A-F. (A map is linked below of what the current road closure and access look like) 3rd Level Loading Docks (access to Ramp A to enter the Exhibit Hall) can only be accessed Via High St.

The best way to get to this location via GPS is the High St Parking Lot address – 500 W High St, Lexington KY 40507. Continue on High St (One Way) past the Central Bank Center building. Take the next right onto Manchester St directly onto the 3rd Level docks.

A pre-show vehicle wash area will be available in the Central Bank Center dock area on Saturday, June 21, starting at 10:00 AM on Ramp A. To comply with regulations for the Lexington Town Branch District, please note that you must use the approved soap, which can be purchased in 2 oz containers for $0.50 at the LEXPO service desk. This desk will open at 10:00 AM on 6/21 near the loading dock. We’re told a little soap goes a long way.

A fan favorite is back for another year! Please register your exhibit booth by May 30 to be entered on the BINGO card! BINGO is a wonderful way for all attendees to meet each exhibit booth and network! Make sure to get your company on the AAA Bingo exhibitor card!

To add a little extra excitement this year, we’ll be holding a “Best Booth” contest! Attendees can vote for their favorite booth via the conference app. We encourage all exhibitors to get creative and showcase their best! The winning booth will receive a special treat from the Central Bank Center chef and will be featured on the AAA social media pages. While there isn’t a formal theme, keep in mind that we are in Lexington, known for its horses and bourbon, along with a focus on “keeping it local”.

Freeman– SHIPPING AND FURNITURE

All shipping and furniture rentals will need to go through Freeman directly. Please visit the Freeman Online Kit below for more information on advanced shipping, etc.

Please note all vehicle exhibitors are required to have non sticky floor coverings under all trucks. Visqueen can be purchased from Freeman directly or you may use your own non – adhesive covering. The visqueen rate does increase on May 27th, please purchase prior to avoid a higher charge.

The Central Bank Center prohibits any oil based spray cleaner to be used. There is a $500.00 charge if this occurs.

CENTRAL BANK CENTER –ELECTRICITY & AV

Electricity, secure wifi, IT, and AV rental needs will be purchased directly through the Central Bank Center. Please see the link below for more information.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF

Each booth registration includes two free conference registrations. If you have not yet registered your booth staff, or would like to add additional registrants, please follow the registration link below. Additional booth staff registrations can also be purchased for $300.00.
