The Next Step in Fire & EMS Efficiency with Artificial Intelligence
EMS agencies are facing relentless pressure—higher call volumes, staffing shortages, and growing documentation demands that pull providers away from patient care. This presentation shows how artificial intelligence is transforming EMS operations by acting as a true force multiplier. From real-time report writing and automated QA/QI to smarter clinical insights and operational efficiency, AI helps paramedics and EMTs spend less time behind a screen and more time at the patient’s side. The result: better documentation, improved outcomes, and a more focused, resilient workforce.

GoSB | 12:25 PM

From Closed to Collected: How Cataldo Recovered $5M from Missed Accident-Related Claims
This presentation details how Cataldo Ambulance partnered with GoSB to recover approximately $5 million in previously uncaptured revenue through a retrospective Secondary Review of accident-related claims. By identifying motor vehicle and other third-party liability claims that had been billed to lower-paying health payers — or never billed at all — GoSB turned closed inventory into significant net-new collections with minimal operational disruption.

BCS | 12:50 PM

Rewriting Response Rules
  • Design appropriate responses to improve patient outcomes.
  • Use tiered capabilities more effectively.
  • Don’t be limited by CAD recommendations, make your own rules.
