EMS Survey Team provides the Collection, Analysis, Reporting, and Benchmarking of Patient Experience and Employee Engagement survey data for EMS agencies.  Monthly, quarterly and yearly reports help EMS leaders improve care with: performance analysis, performance metrics by medic, scoring office staff interactions, and benchmarking to like-sized EMS agencies.
