Bob W. Hargis brings more than 38 years of experience in the EMS field, including 20 years leading Southern Oklahoma Ambulance Service as Executive Director. He spent eight years teaching EMS and healthcare courses at Southern Tech and is known for his strategic leadership in grant acquisition and nonprofit development. He earned both his bachelor’s in administrative leadership and master’s in human and health services administration from the University of Oklahoma and is currently advancing his studies as a Doctor of Healthcare Administration student at Oklahoma State University.
