Daniel Adebisi, PhD, MPA, is a systems-level leader at the intersection of healthcare delivery, public policy, social movements and activism, and large-scale program execution. As a Commercial Project Manager at Falck USA, he leads complex procurements and implementation strategies across the U.S. EMS landscape, supporting multi-state expansion and large, high-impact service contracts.

He brings cross-sector experience spanning private healthcare, nonprofit organizations, provincial government, and U.S. state systems, with a track record of translating policy into operational systems, aligning multi-stakeholder teams, and driving measurable performance improvements. His work contributes to research that informs EMS system modernization, workforce strategy, and data-driven decision-making at scale, with a focus on behavioral insights, workforce experience, lived experiences, human-centered outcomes, and system-level impact.

Daniel holds a PhD in Community Research and Action and is recognized for his ability to bridge strategy and execution in complex, high-stakes environments.
