Heather brings over a decade of experience in emergency medical services and financial leadership and currently serves as the President & Chief Financial Officer for Aetna Ambulance Service, Inc. and the Ambulance Service of Manchester, LLC, members of the Hartford HealthCare EMS Network. Her leadership is defined by a hands-on approach, a commitment to continuous learning, and a deep investment in strengthening every aspect of the organizations she serves.

Heather has led significant operational and financial initiatives spanning billing, compliance, information technology, human resources, and organizational efficiency. She provides direct oversight of HR functions including workforce strategy, policy development, and employee relations, ensuring alignment between people, operations, and organizational goals. Her work has focused on billing innovation and optimization, helping streamline workflows, improve financial performance, and support long-term sustainability.

In addition to her organizational leadership, Heather is deeply engaged in industry service and advocacy. She serves as Treasurer of the North Central Connecticut EMS Council and Treasurer of the Connecticut Ambulance Association and is an active advocate for EMS at the state level through her work with the Connecticut Ambulance Association. Heather is a Certified Ambulance Financial Officer through the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance and a member of EMS Next, Class of 2025.
