Steven Dralle is the Regional President for the West Region at Global Medical Response (GMR), the nation’s leading medical transportation organization formed in 2018 through the combination of American Medical Response (AMR) and Air Medical Group Holdings. With more than 30 years of healthcare and EMS leadership experience, Dralle advances operational performance and a people first culture centered on patient care, employee well-being, safety, good patient care, and sound business decisions. He is the 2025 Texas EMS Leader of the Year, recognized at the Texas EMS Conference for his contributions to the profession.

Before stepping into his current role, Dralle held progressive leadership positions across the industry: Vice President of Operations – Texas and Regional Director at GMR/AMR; Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Innovative Trauma Care and leadership roles at Vidacare as Director of Marketing and Product Manager. Earlier in his career, he served at American Medical Response as General Manager, Division Clinical & Education Manager, and Clinical & Education Specialist, following frontline clinical work as a Paramedic at Roberson’s Ambulance and Anderson Ambulance.

A former Combat Medical Specialist in the U.S. Army National Guard, Dralle credits his military service with shaping the resilience and team centered approach he brings to civilian leadership. He holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
