Allison began her career in EMS in 2012 while completing her Master’s Degree in Public Health. Since then, she has dedicated her energy to innovation in the field of EMS through continuous quality improvement and research efforts. During the pandemic, she earned her EMT and a graduate certificate in Public Policy. She currently serves as the Performance Improvement Manager at Mecklenburg EMS Agency, where she and her team support the Agency’s clinical performance and deployment, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
