Alison Crawford has been a Diversity & Inclusion Facilitator since 2010, specializing in gender identity, sexual orientation, race, and socioeconomic diversity. Her clients have included all major verticals within tech, retail, banking, and food & beverage. She has been in EMS for the last five years as an EMT and has been able to utilize her experience in Diversity & Inclusion to better serve the diverse community of Solano County. Alison is also the California chapter lead within Women in Emergency Services, based in San Francisco, and will graduate with her Paramedic license from UC Davis in March 2025.
